hi everyone,I've recently been offered a job at a to be created department within Deloitte Consulting called "Growth and Innovation". This will be very similar to their namesake in the US. Does anyone know anything about this dept? I heard its apx 50 people working for the whole US.What exactly do they do? What is their approach compared with standard Strategy and Operations?Thanks for your help.

Approach will vary according to how they are defining 'growth and innovation' - broadly this centres around developing propositions, monetising opportunities, whether in a rapid stage/gate environment along more trad project lines, or in an ideation environment - blue sky thinking with a central hub whereby ideas are put through feasibility and revenue projections to boil out the launchable etc. Very few people out there really doing this (as opposed to being good in one part of the cycle) - CapGem I believe have been building something similar.
