On the basis of the advice I have recieved from this board, I made it thru 2 rounds and am getting ready to face the final interview at one of the MBB.(Experienced hire, consulant role)I have heard that the final round is the most difficult (True ??)?I have heard that the dynamics in the final round is different, cases are different from the ones you received in the first 2 rounds (True ??)I have heard that since it will be Partners who are going to be inteviewing I should be careful ??? (of what ??)Any Adviice, Insight, Tips, Suggestions, etc would be very much appreciated.Thanks !

Oh dear. Yes, that's right, be "careful" around the Partners (with a capital P). Tread carefully, show due respect etc. These are very wealthy people who are far more important and way more intelligent that your regular human being. They're not at all just old fuddy duddies with an ounce of intelligence who managed to land themselves a pretty decent job 5-10 years ago and managed to stay there.
