I have been offered a role with Atos' FS business and have had mixed messages from contacts about their standing/potential in this area. Anyone got any ideas?

they lost a lot of their FS people last year, but have restructured along industry lines, so on paper it looks like they have more specialists than is actually the case.some good people still there, but I think they have struggled to get a clear foothold in the FS space. most contracts are still public sector focused.

Not sure where Bingo is getting his info from.Correct that the business has been realigned to verticals. Yes, some poor performers left.But she/he is wrong on the specialists point: Industry focus is what the team is all about - busy, growing and recruiting hard. Key areas are: Insurance and Investment BankingWon an MCA award for work in FS tooPublic Sector is still big in Atos - but show me an org where that's not true

Great company, enjoyed my 2 years there and helped me alot in getting me my position in BCG. ALot of exposure due to working with approx 30 specialists within FS. Work here is purely strategy. TOP CLASS ppl although a few old heads still about who think should move on:) although alot of change taking palce which was a bit annoying. They have streamlined and gained more focus especially within FS, and had their hands full of many contracts when I left before xmas and were recrutiing. Def a good place to work and great recognition for employees although you do have to work ur but off and stand out.
