Hi,DCE still has a good reputation but I heard they a suffering from a management crisis. Last year one of the directors was fired without consulting the other directors. Although they are producing top quality work, specially issurance and pensions, there are rumours that this same group is planning to split from the company.In the first quarter 2007 roughly 20% of their personel left the company. I wouldn't bet on this one, if you're planning to join wait at least a couple of months...good luck!
