Searched all the threads and no-one mentions any difference in pay between Deloitte Service lines. Now that Stategy is separate from Operations and they've brought in Burlington, surely the remuneration must have changed. With an ambitious growth strategy that sees them outcompeting MBBB in certain areas within 5 years, this must be unachievable on the pay scales on other posts... e.gAnalyst £31,000 Consultant £35,000-£45000 Senior Consultant £53,000-£60,000 Manager - £65,000-£75,000 Partner £120,000-£1.4mAre salaries really this rigid or do they vary by service line, as I suspect they must do. I don't know if the scales are identical, but if not they're pretty close. Maybe you can negotiate higher packages if you're a Director+ in Strategy, but I'm an SC in People & Change and have been level pegging with my friend in Strategy since we joined as grads (same intake, same level, appox. same perf. ratings). I don't know exactly waht my friend in EA is on but think it's in the same ballpark as we pay about the same NI.
