Hi, I am offered a position with LogicaCMG in their Energy & Utilities Practice , but I am more interested in Financial Services. How easy / difficult it is to move from a practice to another with LogicaCMG? Another question : what can I expect in terms of performance review and bonus ?Thanks

I have 5 years of experience with niche consultancies. I am happy with the basic salary and benefits but the bonus and performance evaluation are clearly indicated. I would like to clarify this aspect. I am also wondering whether it would be possible to move to FS after a couple of years.

Oops, sorry for that : "the bonus and performance evaluation are NOT indicated" in my job offer. I would like to know if it is something I can try to negociate and what I could expect. Could you please also give me some advice regarding my first question about moving from a practice to another. This point is more important to me than the salary package.
