Can anyone tell me something about Capita Advisory Services? I have an interview next week. They seem public sector focused. Any info will help.

Yes, very public sector focused although some work in FS. Not a good place to work though - when I left morale was poor, pipeline was non-existent, management and organisation was clueless and lots of people were looking to leave. Also, not great payers. I would stay clear!

I have also worked there and there are some definite perks. - 12 -24% bonus at the lowest level - increasing with experience. - 40- 50 hour weeks- genuine meritocracy.Still, some points are tru - v. local government and v. reliant on a few long term clients whose current status is a bit shaky

Do not join this firm.One of the poorest firms I have ever worked for.Totally dishonest in their approach
