In Cap only SC and above are eligible for bonus. Those below like myself got £250 at Xmas however. Better than nothing.

Eeeerm, don&apos;t you think that perhaps you ought to move? If your firm is making profits(apparently all consulting firms are having it off large) then as a contributor you ought to be bonused. They are merely having a laugh at your expense and whatsmore you&apos;re allowing it. Ask for a raise or why you&apos;ve not had a bonus for years. Lets face it, if you&apos;re any good you&apos;ll get a better job away anyway.
