I know reasonably well both TPI and EquaTerra. Unusual cultures both, emphasis on strong personal expertise in both places - especially since they are both virtual office companies.People generally loathe or love working there. Turnover is very low - at all levels.EquaTerra is more client-friendly, TPI more methodology driven. What aspects are you particularly interested in?

Both companies operate in these areas. EquaTerra probably has a stronger (or at least functionally broader) capability in operating model design. TPI is considered market leader in IT supplier selection.

In general both would hire people with at least 7-10 years of consulting/outsourcing experience, and given their business model I'd exclude a fresh graduate, but if you have highly relevant expertise you may be considered with fewer years of experience.Having said that, I work for neither firm at the moment, but they are both hiring, so if you are interested give it a go!
