the organsiaitonal structure means very little in terms of day to day running. BC people will continue to do the same type of owrk they are doing now...(strategy, CRM, HP, etc). the organsiaitonal strucutre is just changing allignment of people to what will now be referred to BC growth platform. Current workforces, work groups and specific alignments will continue to exist. thus the organsaitonal structure changes will have very little bearing on the type of work BC does. its still a good pratice to be involved with in my opinion.
