Hi all,Long time listener, first time caller. I work in BI (Analytics/Visualisation) for a large, very well known consulting company. Would guess mid-level is a fair description of my seniority. Looking to make a move for a number of company specific reasons and thought this might be a good place to gather opinions from you lovely people on a couple of companies;EY - have been approached by more than one agency. They're a big name, I know the background and to an extent what they'd probably expect of me. Does anyone know how they're faring at the moment (specific insight into my area would be wonderful, think Qlik/Tableau/SAS etc.). Are they a fun place to work right now?Slalom - have spoken to a number of colleagues who have been approached by them and impressed with what they've seen, but they are fairly new to London. Can't see anything about them on this forum, although Glassdoor bigs them up a lot and they seem to place a lot of import on "culture" (my firm less so...). Does anyone have any opinions as to how they're perceived here, or even across the pond?Either of those worth talking to? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.

I know Slalom have huge expansion plans in the UK. From what I've read (like you) they have a great culture in the US. For me it's 50/50 here If they can combine rapid expansion whilst developing an organic and strong culture it could be a good move. Rapid expansion and developing of the 'right' culture can be difficult things to balance though - so Ill be watching to see how they get on.I believe they are c.20 people right now though (in the UK).Don't know enough about EY to comment..

Hi. I'm Alex Qatsha the General Manager of Slalom here in London. I've been with the company over 8 years and started our office in Atlanta, GA back in late 2006. I'd be happy to tell you all about us.
