I'm trying to compare them to Deloitte and where I am lost is how the senior consultant role at Deloitte sits within KPMG. Maybe I'm comparing Deloitte consulting with KPMG advisory structure. So with Deloitte you have in Consulting:-AnalsytConsultantSenior ConsultantManagerSenior ManagerDirectorPartnerKPMG Grade and Titles go as follows:E - Graduate Trainee / AnalystD - Consultant / Advisor / Assistant ManagerC - Manager / Executive AdvisorB - Senior Manager / Assistant DirectorA - DirectorP - (Equity)PartnerO - (Non-equity)PartnerSo with KPMG is my assumption correct that you may start a role as Consultant and move to Advisor them to Assistant Manager which is effectively the Senior Consultant grade of the green dot.Appreciate any sound feedback.Thanks.
