Put it this way, if you take the "almost three weeks" you have been waiting, and deduct the two weeks one can reasonably assume as being the holiday period, that means you have called and spoken to her 4-5 times in the course of literally a couple of effective working days. Otherwise people might see "shiran01 - 40 missed calls" on their phone when they come back from lunch. ;)And yes, public sector clients often do sh*t like commission work on Dec 24 and expect it completed on Jan 2nd. After all, that's over a week we've had to get it done!
