Dear community,I need some advice. I received a call from a head hunter representing a big 4 firm and they have presented me to partners at said firm for the position of Senior Manager/Director.Background: I would be an experienced hire. I am a phd, chief data officer. I work for a multinational company in biomed and also lead a small big data consulting company. Between the two I make ~400K or more some years. What I do not like is having two masters. I do not mind 70 hour work weeks or travel. I do dislike being part of a small consulting company and not having the resources of a large one. I have extensive contacts and the ability to bring new business to this new Big 4 company.Questions:1. Am I being brought in too low? in the food chain? I understand that I would need to learn the firm's processes etc and manage an existing team, but I would consider myself having the ability to do this role plus pitch and get new business. Is this normal for this level.2. What is a typical salary at this level and bonus?3. How many years to partner?4. What is the upside financially of a partner versus senior manager5. Any other advice.Thank you in advance
