Hi,Can someone please explain the rational for Accenture not giving feedback after an unsuccessful interview? Is it for legal reasons? After spending 1 hour and 45 minutes been interviewed by phone, the standard response (see below) appears at first sight to be curt and will not aid me in preparing for future interviews. Is this lack of feedback now standard UK recruitment practice? I ask this because I have recently returned to UK after spending a number of years working aboard and I can remember a time when people based organizations would give unsuccessful candidates interview feedback because they genuinely wanted to help people succeed in their careers. Thanks!= = = I would like to thank you for taking the time to speak with my colleague recently.
