It also depends on level - the levels that were most out of line with market rates had a greater adjustment - those levels were Consultant and Senior Manager.I believe that additionally, there will be further 'hot skills' bonuses in the new year for people with certain skills (e.g. SAP, Supply Chain), but no doubt this will involve a contractual 12m tie in (if you leave you pay it back), as used to be the case around 6/7 yrs ago when we had hot skills bonuses.
