I will be joining ACN soon and wondered if anyone can let me know if ACN give a choice of phone and laptop - I like to travel light and am hoping I can get my hands on a ultra portable laptop and email access on the phone too - can someone let me know please. Thanks

Basically you get what your given, a pertty standard laptop (not necessarily first hand) and only a mobile if it is a requisite from the job you are on.

It depends on the level that you come in at NewExpHire. It's generally only new (grad entry) analysts who are allocated used laptops.I was recently upgraded and given the option of an HP standard or lightweight nc2400 (which is the standard kit being rolled out now). Incidentally im a Senior Manager. Everyone at Manager level above automatically gets a phone. As Mike says, under Manager level depends on whether you need it for your project. But there is a pretty good deal that anyone in the firm can take up with Vodaphone.

Thanks for that Chris - I'm coming in at M1 level - and the nc2400 would be good. Also I was surprised to hear about teh possibility of not getting a phone - so glad to hear that I should be getting one.
