Not wanting to worry anyone, but I applied to Analysys at the start of last year and passed the verbal reasoning test - but failed the numerical one.I found it to be the hardest maths paper I've done since an Advanced Statistical Methods exam at university 6 years ago - totally OTT for anything required by a consultancy and bafflingly time pressured. I also applied to a few larger consultancies (Deloitte and PA to name 2 of them - plus another one I now work at) as an experienced hire and passed all the psychometric or ability tests. Its a shame because Analysys looked like interesting setup and I would have seriously considered working there.
