Hello All, I am an experienced consultant with 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, commercial due diligence and private equity transactions. I left my old firm at the top end of manager level prior to going to b school. I have recently completed my executive MBA at Harvard and I am scoping out the UK market. I know Deloitte have a sound strategy practice in the UK: does anyone know what the salaries for SM and Directors are? What % of the package is made up from bonus - presumeably sales / target orientated? Many thanksA

That said, there is no exe mba at harvard. at some universities, in autralia for example, exe mba is regarded as part time mba.there is a huge different between an mba and senior mgmt /executive programmes.

I know, but Harvard looks better on your CV than and Ozzie Executive MBA. It's unfortunate but true, names count more than content. It's like people who do 1 year MBA's at INSEAD, they're the clever ones as they say they've got an INSEAD MBA and every other person has taken 2 expensive years out of their life to go to a similarly reputable school. Good on them.
