Yesterday. ANd i had, obviously, worked extremeley hard a b school to get the internship and then the interviews etc. I have instead accepted an offer from BAS - to help build thier new practice. The partner that offered the post to me was also an ex-McK and played a great role in my acceptance. I do however now fear that I have been lured into the wrong line - that I have given up a life changing opportunity. Thoughts? Have I done the wrong thing? The positions payed the same, at associate / manager level. What do I do?

BAS gets mixed coments on this Forum, McK has the top brand.I don't work for either but it would seem to me that having McK on CV would be excellent

Lets turn the situation round, would you be asking the same question about having turned down BAS?And if you've already turned down the McK opportunity then what's the point in asking the question?Life involves choices, most of them lead to decisions that could easily be percieved as 'the wrong choice' a few months or years down the line.
