It has a lot going for it now, a lot of growth industries and exciting consulting projects.On the CV, hard to say as traditionally the Middle East was a bit of a backwater, but worth a punt now as its on the up and as I say, so much going for it in terms of exposure.As for young or old, most companies won't take grads or those with 2-3 years experience (well, they may but not on any decent expat packages), 5+ years in an industry seems to be the going rate. A lot of the market made up of bright late 20s/ early 30s consultants.
