HiI'm a 26-year old who has recently submitted a PhD. I'm interested in applying for strategy consulting, although I am also interested in non-IT business process. Can someone give me an insight into the:a) corporate culture (e.g. hierarchical, results-driven, theoretical, individualist)b) unique selling point compared to competitors c) type of people they employ (e.g. Oxbridge? PhD? Intellectual -v- entrepeneurial?)Of the following firms:OC&CMonitor GroupLEK ConsultingRoland BergerMarakon AssociatesCVACredoAny information about CRA would also be welcome - I currently know nothing about them. This list excludes the main players like McKinsey & Company and Bain & Co because I've managed to accumulate this information about them already.Just for background, I have a 2:1 from Oxford in a semi-numerate subject and my PhD (Russell Group) is numerate/technical. I've held a number of elected 'positions of responsibility' in my spare time and run national projects and events. Culturally, I'm not outstandingly smart - I don't have a double first in physics. But I do have a track record of getting things done. I'm looking for firms who recruit for these combination of qualities. Many thanks in advance
