I have Fujitsu Assessment Centre in couple of day’s time for a senior consultant role in their Business Consulting stream. My back ground is in Change Management. A lot of focus during the first interview was on public sector and shared services and of course change management. I was told during the first interview that the assessment centre will have competency based interview followed by a case study where I will have to meet the client first and get some info from them and later on discuss this with my colleagues who will ask me questions about my meeting with the client. I was wondering if any of you have been through this stage recently and can give me some info and suggestions for preparation. Thanks in advance
