MSST is the new name for the CRM Consulting Services team within Capemini.MSST is NOT about implementing CRM systems. That's what the guys in Technology Services CRM do. There is little link up between the two. MSST undertake the more traditional MC work around Sales, Service and Marketing functions. Not sure what level is being advertised for but C3 (Senior Consultant) or above is likely to be PM type work.With regards to location, CC projects tend to be anywhere in the UK and beyond, don't expect to see too much of your base office.

I recently had a 2nd int. with Cap for the MSST/CRM role and was unfortunatley unsuccessful. They are looking for people between C1 and C3 and it is more strat than tech.I went through a guy called Patrick, for a recruiter the guy wasnt bad, gave me some decent interview info/feedback and at least he bothered to meet me for a coffee.
