Does anyone of you guys know if CG in the UK is paying for overtime hours ??

I'd be surprised if they did pay overtime (for consulting staff) - it'd be very expensive for them surely, and it's not a market norm so they don't have to do it to attract people. Currently, a lot of organisations are moving away from overtime to try and encourage more work-life balance so it would be unusual to introduce an overtime scheme.

Someone who believes the party line!"More work life balance" and not just capping costs?Yeah, because we all work more hours because of sheer passion for the job... and such hours are entirely a matter of personal choice so no doing them will not in any way affect your career prospects.

In Denmark CAP is paying overtime and also Accenture in DE is paying overtime but only until C3 (SC) Grade
