How 'beneficial' is internal audit with FMCG for MC? I mean if I work as an internal auditor and would like to move into MC, what chances I have?

Hi there, I would also like any views on this issue as I have recently been offered a job in IA but long term I intend to move into consultancy so I'm not so sure whether accepting this job would be a good move.

Possibly. Example roles might be with advisory practices in the Big 4 - specifically within assurance or internal risk management. It depends on exactly how far your experience stretches into other elements of finance or IS whether you can make the leap into broader advisory work.
