Hi, I have one technical question regarding the case interview. At the beginning of the case I should present the framework (and articulate it) together with hypothesis (but don't have to articulate it). Ok - I can develop the framework pretty quickly as it's is general starting point and don't need much details for it. But I need details for hypothesis... And my concern is that:a) if I present the framework immediately after the case question then I don't have enough details to develop hypothesis so will not have it = interviewer disappointed,b) if I ask some questions at the beginning to have data for development of hypothesis then I jump into questions before stating framework = interviewer disappointed,c) if I present framework immediately after question and then dig for hints to develop a hypothesis then I split these two and don't have 'big picture' interviewer disappointed.So any advice how to solve this?

You're thinking about this too much, which is causing unnecessary worries. Any of the methods below would be fine. Good luck!

I agree with londonkido… you might be over analyzing it. In any eventuality I would recap the case question and facts etc it would give me the chance to ask probing questions and clarify thinking also fill in the gaps which the interviewer might have left intentionally ... I would than formulate/present the hypothesis and finally the frame work to prove or disprove it....
