CG is not that bad. The business itself relies on the calibre of it's individuals. That means that there isn't the infrastructure and processes to to support you that you would find at ACN. However, not all the people are that great. Therefore, you may find yourself working with people who are not that good and have nothing to fall back on. That's when CG frustrates. That said, the culture is one of the more enjoyable of the big firms - fairly laid back, enjoy work-life balance and recognise it's just a job. There is some internal politics but, there is in most places. I was there as a first route into consulting. It certainly eases you in but wasn't great in terms of development.
