Has anyone heard of Ajilon - they are a recruitment agency in the industry?One of their staff was particularly rude to me recently and hung up whilst I was attempting to find out why they had not provided feedback regarding some potential opportunities. Is this normal practice and how should we handle this unprofessional behaviour?

A bit like Chefs and Bouncers I think.Most are probably actually ok, but you will never know as you only ever meet the bad ones!
