Hi, i start at Deloitte soon as an analyst . I have two questions:1- Do you know how much the pay is as a Consultant and then Senior Consultant?2- Do people in each service line e.g.- S&O, TI.. earn the same?

I beleive the salary for a SC in TI is 50k plus. Have just been offered this.

Im not sure about SO. Yes 50k plus benefits (5k).....bonus is dependent on performance.

Thanks for your reply.. Did you start as an analyst? At that level there is no bonus, i assume that comes after your first promotion..Any idea how many people are asked to leave after two years vs. number promoted to consultant?

I came in as an experienced hire so I cant really help you on that.

Jamie- i am going for an assessment centre with deloitte in consulting- can you tell me anything about this in terms of pointers, topics for the written exam- types of questions in the interviews etc- what to do and not to do in the discussions etc etc- been on assessment centres before but everyone is different in what they are looking for- any help appreciated

I think that this october is the first time deloitte will have used assessment centres for experienced hires (could be wrong but i remember hearing something along those lines recently) - so there may be no answers for your questions about their content just yet. hope you dont mind blazing a trail!i joined a few months back and didnt have one (3 interviews and the an offer).
