Hi, I am having my first interview as senior consultant in Change Management(people change) with Axon shortly. It will be a telephone interview with their Operations director. I was wondering if any of you had this experience in the past and can tell me what sort of things I can expect. Thanks

Apologies for digressing a bit. Would like to make a comment. Axon is not the best of the places to work. I would stay away from it. Having said that, it can be a good interview practice even if it is a pretty bad place to work. They are into SAP lead transformation programmes therefore the bulk of discussion (in addition to the usual 'fit' interview format e.g. Your CV, Why Axon, Why You etc) is likely to be around your experience/suitability of change management within large IT implementation projects.

Thanks for your suggestion, at the moment I am taking this interview along with 3 other interviews, so at the end of the day, I may not take this job, but as you said it may be a good practice interview and experience. Thanks once again.

Hi Ex Axon,I am through my first interview with Axon and has been invited for my second interview with a subject expert who is also a project manager in whose project I may be working if I am successful. Could you please elaborate why you said that Axon is not the best of the places to work. It would be great help for me in making a decision. Thanks
