They came and gave us a 'sample' session (Big 4 firm)- clever, cute gimmick, seemed pretty good and is much better than an excruciating 2 days training course written by some robot in an IT practice who has been told he needs to deliver 'soft skills' in order to acheive his KPIs..... but v expensive, so we're sticking with the IT consultant option
