working with E&Y BAS in HC and process improvement consulting, though not in Europe, for the past three years. Very keen to relocate to UK and open to big-4 or any good consulting firm.Do I stand a chance? Or can expect to be picked up only with a work visa or HSMP.Anybody who has an idea of their firms or having grown through similar move, please advice Thanks!

Big-4 experience sounds good. & yes, Human Capital consulting is looking good especially in UK. Yes, work visa problems are there but thats not 100% true for all consulting firms. You could take the company website route and who knows, it may work.
