Good Evening All,I have secured first round interviews with Mercer MC and OC&C over the next few weeks and was hoping that members of the board might be able to offer advice on what to expect. Obviously I'm anticipating case studies and analytical tests but am interested in finding out if there are any particular tricks or things that I should be aware of. I should add that I'm going for a junior role.I'd also be very interested in hearing what the board thinks of these two firms in general and how they stack up against each other and their immediate peer group. Thoughts on particular industry strengths, geographical focus etc would also be most welcome.Thanks for your time.

Rick,I interviewed with both firms last year and I really don't think there are any surprises if you've done your homework - it's a pretty transparent process. Case studies, 'social' interviews, the odd roleplay and teamwork exercises, numeracy tests, and psychometric tests.I ended up with a bunch of offers and went for Mercer MC - a nice crowd, good work/life balance, and a strong offer in terms of pay.
