I have one of these coming up in a week or so. I am hopefully going in as an experienced hire within the TMT practice and wondered if anybody had been through one recently? I know the format - essay, presentation, 2 interviews and group excercise - but they have slightly changed the format of late and wanted some insider tips on how best to prepare from anybody who has recently been through a similar experience. Graduates don't get assigned to any particular industry group, they are aligned to the Competencies/Service Lines (Strategy & Operations, Technology Integration, Enterprise Applications or Human Capital) - the "verticals". The TMT sector is one of the key Industry Groups - the "horizontals" in a matrix organisation, if you like. If you're keen on TMT, I'd recommend reading about the three industry sectors that make up the group on the company website and try and relate the information to your experience and/or career objectives.Best of luck to you both.
