Morning all,Recently got the news I'll be promoted from C to SC at Deloitte, which is great - although we don't find out what that means in money terms until some point next month.For anyone who's been through this before, how negotiable is the payrise? Last year was pretty cut and dry in that nobody got a payrise, I'd joined 3/4 months before so no promotion and an automatic "3" rating; this time round I feel like I have more bargaining power (charged out at SC rate since October, "4" rating as well as high ranking vs. peers, above target utilisation) - does this count for anything or is it a case of "this is what we will pay you, deal with it"?
