Hi,I applied for role of software developer at Accenture and had telephonic HR round and the face - face technical interview.Its been more than 2 weeks and have not got any response/feedback from them. The interviewer expressed that they have no issues and just have to tell their Senior manager and I would get a response in 2 days but I am still waiting. Any idea if this is the usual process?

From my experience with ACN, the Business you're being interviewed to join need to give a green light before HR can make you any offer. At times this might take a while depending on how quick Business comes back to HR and how pro-active HR are too. They also usually give the 10 working days duration to get back so calculate to see if this has been exhausted. If so you can mail or ring up your HR contact to find out what's up. If still within the 10-working days range i'd say give it some more time. All the best. K.

Thanks K for your reply.Its been around 3 weeks and I have spoken to recruitment guys. They just say that HR is busy and will be contacting soon. Its difficult to wait when we dont even know if we have cleared the interview or not. Hoping to get a call soon.
