Hi,Have been with IBM for >5 years, mostly IT and process consulting in BFS. Interviewed with Capco and they are offering a senior consultant role. Also have an offer in the pipeline from Cognizant Business Consulting, potentially a manager or senior consultant role , but would mostly be IT consulting/project management1. Have seen a lot of negative feedback on Capco over here and on other sites. Are these more disgruntled employees or something is rotten there?2. If I eventually want to move to a big 4, what would be a better option, Capco or CBC? Thanks!

Capco. Yes they've had their issues in the past, but look past that and they are considerably better regarded than Cognizant in BFS. If you want to use this as a stepping stone into the Big 4, Capco would be a much stronger point from which to do so, although why you would want to I don't know - moving from Big 4 to Capco is more usual.

+1 for Capco - different ends of the consulting spectrum for me!
