I have seen on LinkedIn that 'North Highland' are currently recruiting. From looking around, I realise they used to be called Qedis and were setup by a group of ex Accenture consultants about 10 - 15 years ago.However, I would appreciate people's thoughts on the long term prospects of the firm and whether it was well regarded with good career potential?Also, I know that boutiques tend to offer higher compensation / rewards, is this true of North Highland?ThanksCS

I know a few people at North Highland and they seem to enjoy it, particularly what seems like a good work-life balance.The business is now part of a US based global group so I'd think security and future prospects look fine.Can't comment on salary but once there not many people seem to leave so they must be doing something right.
