Hi, Has anyone attended Chaucer 2nd round recruitment events? I have been asked to present a series of slides on Chaucer to a Senior Management Consultant and HR member, time frame given 10mins, however the whole process will last couple of hours.Given they will ask me questions around my presentation, don't see how that will take another 1hr 50mins.Thanks

Maybe there is a lavish feast in the middle of the process

As the presentation will be to Chaucer, about Chaucer, maybe they need to learn about their own company..

To be fair, their process is actually quite good and certainly better than being interviewed by a Big4 consultant that is more junior and less experienced than the candidate, asking questions from a pre-approved list, with no actual hiring position yet approved...

Mr Cool, I have heard that point so many times... people applying for jobs at Big 4 but being interviewed by people who, frankly, are so much more junior than the interviewee that if anything they should be on the other side of the table...I had assumed it was just practice for the juniors or something to keep them busy and feeling important. Why do they do this? It just seems so odd.
