So, they have Americans staffing US, French people staffing France, and Indians manning their India offices. Forget any expectation of onsite trips to exotic foreign destinations. TCS belongs to the Tatas and is a predominantly an Indian technology company who still have to operate offices across the globe manned by mostly Indians. So, your travel aspirations are fulfilled. Also what you have referred to as domains are indeed skills.
