I was asked this question last week in an interview and wanted to know what people think on here and how they would go about answering the question?

From experience: A typical consultants answer would be;-Accenture; First and foremost the day I land I would create with immediate effect an efficient CCN factoryPA; Like all PA engagements we operate on a 'wing and a prayer basis'ATOS - This new to us we haven't won any new business for a while so not sure what we do next !Camster Inc; On landing I look for other international opportunities that pay better with nicer totty; rumour has it he is currently in Kingston (not Jamaica or Upon Thames but Upon Hull !)Mr Cool; you pay big 4 how much - I can do it all for lessBEP (who has been quiet recently); My model says we should do this in 4 weeks but as you are public sector I want to let you know of my Christmas leave expectations; andMars; wouldn't be there in first place as they can't afford himDC

When you are getting start with the project from the first you should care of all the aspects for a client which he wants to have with their projects. Give them a quick response, be accurate of authentic. I think these are some small thing which are quite enough to be focused for running any project frequently and without getting trouble. Thanks!pppariyojana.com

ZB? Run a "project".You might as well ask how Picasso would redecorate the living room of a suburban semi on Changing Rooms...

Ah! In that case I'd expect him to be strictly in the Old Testament style - lots of overbearing demands for sacrifice and monotheism, interspersed with random but creative acts of vengeance.Bit like a McKinsey partner, basically.
