I've been a consultant for over 5 years, first few years at a big four and a couple at a smaller consultancy (which does not have a North American office).If I wanted a move to the US, what is best way to do this? I do not have a right to work in the US so the company would have to sponsor me, which I understand is quite uncommon (for external recruits).My current research suggests I could move if:1 - My current company expand to US (not happening)2 - I get a student visa (too expensive in terms of actual and opportunity cost)3 - A US-based company recruit me and sponsor my visa (very uncommon)4 - I move to an international firm in London, and after x months, second/transfer to the US practice (no guarantees of "x" months or second/transfer)Any suggestions / thoughts?ThanksG
