Hello Everyone,As the title says, I have a partner interview coming up for Management Consulting at PWC (don't have the dates yet!) for their grad scheme. I thought I would start early and so was looking at their websites and found this:Final Interview Competencies (http://www.pwc.co.uk/careers/student/applying/interview_competencies.jhtml)Communicate with Impact and EmpathyBe Curious: Learn, Share and InnovateBe Passionate about Client ServiceBuild and Sustain RelationshipsDevelop Self and Others through CoachingClearly going by the above link, one would assume the nature of that interview would predominantly be competency based with elements of motivation and commercial awareness related questions. But I have heard from few friends who have not had any competency questions asked of them (although none of them applied for management consulting). So my question is, what kind of questions were you asked at your partner interview. I understand that there is no set pattern but I was just curious whether they broadly stick to some format. Also, with regards to commercial awareness what kind of question were you asked ? I am asking this because I want to know how much depth I have to go into.I am aware that this is a long post but would very much appreciate any help as this is my first partner interview and I am kinda nervous.Thank you.-John
