Does anyone know how the salary bands work at Deloitte?Specifically, I want to understand if a promotion to the grade above means you will move up to the bottom of the next salary band, regardless of current salary or rating in panels.e.g. £45K Consultant with a 4 rating vs. £40K Consultant with a 4 rating. Do they both move up to £50K or not?
