I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who regularly contributes to these forums. Spending the past 3-4 months reading here on a weekly basis has really helped me develop career goals and objectives, whilst improving my knowledge of the consultancy sector as a whole.I am also very grateful to say the knowledge I've gained has helped me land a graduate position in the consultancy field at a big four firm, something I am absolutely delighted with. Hi forum members,I was trying to post a new thread on the forum. However since my IT organisation has very strict proxy settings, I couldn't. So I am posting it here :)I am a Chartered Accountant and I have 3.2 years of SAP consulting experience. I am currently working with TCS, India and drawing a salary of 8,17,000/-. Recently I got an offer from ACN Consulting for 10,18,000/-. They are offering the career level 10; position - IT operations, Senior Analyst. I was expecting a better hike. Please suggest whether I should negotiate/join/leave.Your inputs will help me decide on my career decision.Thanks
