German friend of mine from B-school has this dilemna. Long-term interest is to be in US/EU/developed market in an industry role. Told him RB would be better since McK is known for making office transfers difficult (he couldn't negotiate an offer in the US). However, it's hard to turn down McK. Thoughts?
