I have three offers on the table: Deloitte, Accenture, and LEK. Any opinions on how I should evaluate this decision? I am a senior at a Top 5 university in the US. I like all three firms and don't know what to choose.

You say you like all three firms. What is it specifically that you like about them on an individual basis? Surely this is the starting point for decision making?

Which one offers the highest pay per hour you will actually be expected to work?

Also, as freezing says, choose the one you like most. Pay tends to be a secondary consideration when you're stuck at a desk working all hours for some bozos and dreaming/wishing you were one of the admin staff instead.

Agree with what others have said so far, you should go for what you're interested in and which firm seems like a good fit. Ideally go and have a visit at each place, talk to new joiners and have a chat.If you're looking for the cliched "which one is more prestigious", the general view I've heard would be LEK > Deloitte S&O > ACN > Deloitte tech. YMMV.

If you go for L.E.K, be ready to end up like Boris Johnson! Alumnus... :D

I really like the people at all 3 firms, and can see myself at either. I was wondering if anyone had insights on which firm has the best MBA placement. And to clarify its is LEK vs Deloitte S&O vs Accenture MCDP

Congratulations on the offers. If I were you I'd go for LEK - they hold the most prestige out of the 3 and will definitely enhance your bargaining position if you were to be speaking to ACN or Deloitte again. Also I have heard some very disappointing feedback from the ACN MCDP.

Boris Johnson only worked for L.E.K. for a week - had to look it up!Upon graduating from Oxford, he spent only a week as a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. He later gave the following reason for his short tenure there: "Try as I might I could not look at an overhead projection of a growth-profit matrix and stay conscious".
