Hi....This is my first time that I am in this type of forum.I have some question regarding study leave and switching....Recently I am placed in Capgemini India as a fresher.I want to study Master of Engineering Management in near Future. So is it possible to take the course without leaving the company by making some agreement or other possible ways?Secondly, Is it possible to switch from Capgemini India to Capgemini Australia under any condition ??

Everything is possible if you're valuable enough, or will become valuable enough to the company to make it worth their while. However as an inexperienced fresher, you are frogspawn in a pond of giant fish with sharp teeth... Therefore be prepared for a slog before anyone wants to support you to do anything. Also, if I hired a fresher who wanted to change countries and then bu**er off onto study leave, I'd sack them immediately. So suggest when you do speak to HR, you keep this as a "long term" career goal....
