Well, very nice idea, but seems thin on content right now.Plus not sure how relevant the links are. I mean, it purports to be about change management, then goes in heavy on things like Adobe eLearning Suite. Seems a bit tangential?The blog bit is good, though.

Yes, I liked the article about projects that have been under-sold and the changes that subsequently have to happen.I'd be interested in reading more about how you can make changes to a project's fees and terms of reference after having sold it... and things like how to handle scope creep, unexpected requests, changes in project direction, etc. Basically change management but from the consultant's perspective of managing the assignment itself

Should be a core skill for those managing accounts or even large workstreams.

Sure, but always good to read up and get tips about handling these sorts of situations and in many firms the teams aren't large enough to have a separate/dedicated "account manager" as such for a project :)
